Property Management is not merely collecting rent, but doing all we can to ensure the property, in which you choose to invest your hard-earned dollars, retains or improves in value so when you wish to sell it you receive the maximum amount of capital gain possible on your original investment.

Meet the Team

Greg Petrin

Hamilton Property Management is owned and operated by Greg Petrin. Greg started working in Property Management, and Real Estate, in 2000 and has been involved ever since as either a salesperson, property manager or in management. Being an investor himself he is acutely aware of the needs and services both the landlords and tenants require. Greg's experience is both locally and internationally.

Greg lives in Hamilton, NZ with his wife and 5 children takes advantage of the Waikato Lifestyle. He enjoys spending time with his family and loves all sports especially Rugby and golf.

Greg continues to challenge himself professionally, and looking for better ways to serve his clients within the real estate industry.


Deb Petrin

Deb has over 25 years experience in every aspect of the real estate industry. Having been in real estate since her teens being part of property management is a career she loves with a passion.
Through the years Deb's experience in Sales, Property Management, Administration and dealing with Solicitors, Buyers, Sellers, Owners and tenants, means her skill base is second to none in the profession.

Deb’s role sees her undertake a diverse spectrum of tasks, from providing staff with professional systems support and coordinating the roll-out of new initiatives to office compliance and assisting with trust accounting. 

She’s also involved in the financial management of marketing and business marketing planning, drawing on the extensive skills she developed over the years.

Deb thrives on working in an industry that is both fast paced and ever changing. She loves the Waikato and raising her 5 children with husband Greg. 

Extremely hard working and reliable, Deb is flourishing within the supportive culture of the agency, where a dynamic environment and access to advanced technology drive the team to succeed.

Helen Robinson

With over 30 years experience in the Real Estate industry, I have spent most of that time involved in Residential Property Management.

In 1996 I completed a Diploma in Business Studies, endorsed in Real Estate, through Massey University and am an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.

A Property Manager’s ultimate responsibility is to achieve the maximum rental return for the investor owner. Screening and selection of suitable tenants for our portfolio of properties is both a challenging and rewarding part of this process.

I enjoy developing a rapport with both Landlords and Tenants and believe I have the ability to listen and deal with my clients with a warm, firm, strength to achieve the desired results.

With my comprehensive experience and dedication to excellence in the Real Estate Industry I am committed to achieve and maintain a high standard of ethics and undertake to promote my clients properties in line with this standard.

Amanda Hartley

Amanda has over 10 years of customer service experience and she goes above and beyond for her clients. A Property Manager’s ultimate responsibility is to achieve the maximum rental return for the investor owner. Screening and selection of suitable tenants for our portfolio of properties is both a challenging and rewarding part of this process.

Amanda's friendly approach is gives her the ability to truly listen to her clients whilst providing a quality service to both our landlords and tenants.

Sarah Turner

Motivated and highly organised, Sarah goes above and beyond the expectations of the team and clients alike. Sarah’s ability to understand the client’s needs and remain on top of the property selling process, through constant communication with not only the entire Ultimate team, but solicitors as well, ensures that every transaction is a pleasant one. 

With effective time management skills and extensive experience in customer service, Sarah's creativity and innovation show through her marketing skills. Sarah takes her role to the next level to keep ahead of the changing pace of marketing and utilising systems to maintain high efficiency. With a strong desire for success, she strives to keep up with the latest marketing, systems and technology.
