CODE OF ETHICS

 

The Hamilton Property Management Code of Ethics:

We act with professionalism, honesty and integrity at all times.

  1. We do not engage in deceptive practices.
  2. We avoid or disclose any conflicts of interest to clients.
  3. We provide independent and objective advice to clients and will not be influenced or affected by external influences.
  4. We respect the confidentiality of clients and adhere to all privacy requirements relating to the receipt of information.
  5. We ensure that all clients have a realistic expectation of services provided prior to accepting contracts.

For your peace of mind, we will do our utmost to ensure staff and/or contractors adhere to our code of ethics, as well as the code from the New Zealand Property Investors Federation.
